The Secondary Teachers' Store cares about the health, safety, and well-being of the children, teachers and parents who are consumers of the products that we distribute. We rely solely on the manufacturers, publishers and importers of the products we sell to control, monitor, test, certify and otherwise ensure that the products we distribute are safe, and that they conform to all rules, regulations, bans and laws to which they are subject.
The purpose of this section of our website is to pass along limited product safety information that we have received from our suppliers relating to Section 105 of the Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA). We make no representation regarding the level of safety of a particular product nor the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
